Payments
Connect your own Paystack account so customer payments land in your bank — Ordris just routes the transaction.
Set this in your Paystack dashboard
Paystack → Settings → API Keys & Webhooks → Webhook URL. Without it, payments succeed on Paystack but we never mark the order as paid.
WhatsApp Business
SCALETake orders directly inside WhatsApp. Customers chat your business number; Ordris walks them through your menu and posts the order on your dashboard automatically.
How to connect (one-time Meta setup)
- Create a Meta Business Account at business.facebook.com using the same email as your business.
- Inside Business Manager, add a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and verify the phone number you want customers to message. The number can't be in use on the regular WhatsApp app.
- Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → choose Business. Add the WhatsApp product to the app.
- In WhatsApp → API Setup, copy the Phone number ID and the WhatsApp Business Account ID. Generate a long-lived System User access token (Business Settings → System Users → Generate token → select your app, full WhatsApp permissions, expiry "Never").
- In App Dashboard → Settings → Basic, copy the App Secret.
- Paste all four values below and click Save. We'll generate a webhook URL + verify token — paste those into WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook on Meta's side, subscribe to
messages, and you're live.

Callback URL + Verify token go on Meta's side. Subscribe to the messages field so customer replies hit Ordris.
